    Last updated 9 months ago

Community Bank of Florida is pleased to support Donna Lee Dance Studio’s Company, Expressions Dance. Expressions Dance Company is an organization composed of talented young dancers, ages ten to eighteen, from the South Dade area.  Now entering its 32nd year, Expressions has established a reputation for excellence in our community.

The promising young dancers who are chosen to join the company will have an opportunity to perform onstage in a professional atmosphere and to work with guest performers and choreographers throughout the year. Expressions presents two acclaimed public performances each year, one during December’s holiday season and the other during the spring.  These performances are made possible through the financial support of donations such as the $500 given by Community Bank of Florida.

A boy's dream come true: the Baseball Hall of Fame

    Last updated 9 months ago

Parker Williams is an 11 year old pitcher for the Knight Hawks, part of the South Miami Youth Baseball League. Parker is used to traveling around the county playing tournaments and is known for his fast pitching. He is not as familiar with week-long visits to Cooperstown, NY and sleeping in real baseball dorms. Now Parker can say he has experienced life at the Baseball Hall of Fame because he was one of 13 players chosen out of 180 players who tried out. Congratulations to our local star and we can’t wait to see you beat your current pitching of 54 miles an hour!
