That's right, Norma Moreno has been a CBF employee for 25 years and we are happy to celebrate it! Norma is the Financial Center Manager of our Princeton Office, and she says her favorite part of the job is visiting with customers and that “the bond, rapport and relationship I have with my customers is very special to me.”
Norma joined our team in 1988 with customer service experience, having managed the second floor of a local retail department store. She trained as a teller at our Main Office and then transferred to the Quail Roost Office for the next four years. After Hurricane Andrew, she was promoted to Teller Supervisor at the Princeton Office; in 2000, she was again promoted, this time to financial center manager. She recently moved back to the Princeton office and happily settled in there. Norma has amazed fellow employees by achieving perfect attendance for the last 17 years and plans on keeping that record.
Born in Kingsville Texas, Norma’s family moved to Delray Beach at an early age and now she happily resides in Princeton with her husband, Nick. They love to spend time with their six grandchildren, who are the love and joy of their lives. They also enjoy being part of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church congregation. Reflecting on her years of service, Norma stated, “Community Bank is a wonderful place to work; it gives me opportunities to help local businesses and my community.”
