CBF is proud to celebrate Jaime Ramos’ 10 year anniversary and his recent promotion to the Special Assets Department. Jaime has gained extensive knowledge over the last decade, having worked in three different departments. Originally hired for a position in the loan operations department, Jaime also worked in the Deposit Operations department where he was known as the go-to guy for the bank’s remote capture product.
Jaime continues learning outside of the bank as well, and is pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Miami Dade College. With three siblings, he is part of a very tight knit Mexican American family. He has become a role model for the community, donating his time speaking at schools and fundraising to purchase book bags and school supplies for local underprivileged middle school students. He was honored to be asked to serve as “Principal For A Day” at Leisure City Middle School and was also honored by his fellow employees last year, when he received the bank’s coveted “Excellence Award,” an award given based on the votes of peers.
Jaime is excited about his new opportunity within the bank, stating, “Community Bank of Florida is extraordinary and unique because it gave me the opportunity to set a positive example for the community I live in by giving back and investing in the future of the community.”
