Community Bank of Florida was excited to visit students from three classes at the Charter School at Waterstone for Career Day. Our VP of Human Resources, Aileen Fundora, taught the students how to 'ace an interview' covering topics like dressing for success and how to shake hands properly. Joining her was Jazmin Corporan, a personal banker here at the Main Office. Jazmin taught the students about banking and the different types of accounts offered. She talked to them about how to save, showed them what a savings deposit slip looked like and explained how saving money earns interest. She also let them know if their parents wanted to open a free account for them to come see her. Afterwards, Aileen raved about how outstanding the students were, stating "they were very engaged, asked great questions and even wrote the answers down for an assignment." Thanks for the invitation Waterstone!
